Camelina is an excellent substitute for other vegetable oils. Camelina oil is high in Omega-3 fatty acids as well as high in Vitamin E. Because of the high nutrient levels of camelina oil, the oil is extremely beneficial when used for nutraceuticals, cosmeceuticals, human consumption, and feed.
