Hummus
- 1 can of Chickpeas (puree)
- Begin to add Camelina Oil as you blend to desired consistency (approx. 1 cup)
- Add 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- Salt & Pepper
- ½ tbsp of Cumin
- 10 – 15 ml of lemon juice
- 10 – 15 ml of tahini (if desired)
- Blend to smooth consistency.
- Fold in fresh, chopped basil (do not use blender)

Grilled Eggplant/Zucchini
- Brush a shiny coat of Camelina oil over sliced vegetable
- Season with Salt & Pepper
- Grill to desired tenderness on BBQ
