Spreads & Dips

  • Hummus
    • 1 can of Chickpeas (puree)
    • Begin to add Camelina Oil as you blend to desired consistency (approx. 1 cup)
    • Add 2-3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
    • Salt & Pepper
    • ½ tbsp of Cumin
    • 10 – 15 ml of lemon juice
    • 10 – 15 ml of tahini (if desired)
    • Blend to smooth consistency.
    • Fold in fresh, chopped basil (do not use blender)


  • Grilled Eggplant/Zucchini
    • Brush a shiny coat of Camelina oil over sliced vegetable
    • Season with Salt & Pepper
    • Grill to desired tenderness on BBQ
